- Verify the email - Double-check the address before sending
- Follow up - If no payment after a week, a friendly reminder helps
- Keep copies - Toggle “Send me a copy” for important invoices
Troubleshooting
Client Didn’t Receive the Email
- Check the email address for typos
- Ask client to check spam/junk folder
- Resend to a different email if needed
- Share the public link directly
Wrong Email Address
- Open the invoice
- Click Send
- Enter the correct email
- Send again
The invoice link remains the same, so the new recipient sees the current invoice.
